Job summary

SelectQuote Insurance Services, a leader in consumer insurance solutions, seeks a Director of Finance for its Healthcare business. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, delivering analyses to senior executives and guiding strategic initiatives.

The role requires a seasoned finance professional with strong leadership and communication skills. You will partner with executives to drive operational improvements, manage multiple KPIs, and support the VP of Finance on key

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field is required.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of applicable finance and/or accounting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key finance leader and primary point of contact for the Healthcare business.
• Own the regular budget and forecasting cycles for a highly complex business unit, managing many KPIs.
• Oversee monthly financial reporting and variance analysis, identifying root causes.
• Present financial results and analysis to senior executives across the company.
• Lead financial analytics for ad hoc cost-benefit business decisions.
• Support the VP of Finance with special projects and board presentations.
• Partner with business leaders and participate in strategic decisions.
