Job summary

Advocate Health Care seeks a Senior Finance Leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial analysis across multiple sites. You will partner with site leaders and corporate finance to drive performance and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities include leading the budget and forecast cycles, preparing proformas, presenting to executive leadership, and guiding cost management and revenue cycle initiatives. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Masters-level finance education or equivalent knowledge.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in financial operations in large organizations.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proformas and financial analyses for decision making.
• Lead site budget process including timing, methods and controls.
• Direct or prepare revenue budget including gross revenues, contractuals and bad debts/charity.
• Lead the forecast process and collaborate to improve site financial performance.
• Oversee capital process including requests, approvals and reporting.
• Prepare presentations for Senior Finance Leader and executive team.
