Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA preferred or active CPA designation.
• 5-7 years progressive accounting/financial leadership experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Consolidate, analyze, and validate financial data for internal and external reporting.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes and financial reporting systems.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, regulatory reporting, and audit readiness.
• Act as audit liaison and implement audit recommendations.
• Oversee billing, collections, and revenue cycle management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and internal controls.
• Provide leadership to payroll, billing, and accounting teams.
