New Horizon Family Health Services, Inc. seeks a Controller to manage and supervise all aspects of accounting, from payroll to tax compliance, across multiple locations in Greenville, Greer, Travelers Rest, and Berea.

The role includes oversight of bank reconciliations, payroll processing, month-end close, and auditing support. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of accounting experience (or MBA with 3+ years) and strong GAAP knowledge, with supervisory experience within ambulatory care or

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin with 5+ years accounting experience.
• Master’s in Accounting/Finance or MBA with 3+ years accounting experience.
• 3–5 years of general accounting experience; supervision of Accounting staff; GAAP knowledge.

Mansioni

• Prepare detailed reports on demand and ensure accuracy of monthly bank reconciliations.
• Oversee payroll data processing and posting to the general ledger; review for accuracy.
• Manage month-end close and ensure reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with annual budgeting and audits; support grants reporting.
• Oversee compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.
