HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Controller to safeguard the integrity and timeliness of all financial reporting for a growing nonprofit healthcare organization.
Reporting to the CFO, you will lead day-to-day accounting, GL management, month-end close, payroll oversight, grant accounting, audits, and regulatory compliance while providing strategic financial analysis to inform management decisions. GAAP, Uniform Guidance, and HRSA rules will guide all activities.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Controller leads day-to-day accounting operations, general ledger management, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, internal controls, payroll oversight, accounts payable, grant accounting, audit coordination, and regulatory compliance. The Controller provides financial analysis and operational insight to support management decision-making and ensures accounting practices comply with GAAP, Uniform Guidance, HRSA requirements, and organizational policies.
