Job summary

MDAEdge is seeking a Financial Controller for our healthcare client in Sunnyvale, TX. You will support the CFO with month-end close, analysis, and KPI monitoring, while overseeing supply chain and revenue cycle operations to ensure financial efficiency.

You will assist in safeguarding hospital assets, maintaining GAAP-compliant books, and leading the market’s annual operating budget, forecasts, and audit processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Business Administration is required.
• 2–5 years of experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficient English (verbal and written).
• Strong computer literacy and Excel/Power BI proficiency preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CFO in maintaining accurate financial records.
• Prepare reconciliations for bank, balance sheet, and income accounts.
• Perform book analysis for management review and quarterly audit packs.
• Calculate and file sales tax returns; manage AR invoicing to physicians.
• Review the general ledger monthly and monitor fixed assets and depreciation.
