Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business field required – Finance/Economics/Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience preferred
• Analytical mindset with strong decision-making abilities
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and familiarity with financial statements/reporting
• Ability to digest financial information, render judgment, and identify patterns
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and clear communication

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly and quarterly results regarding facility performance vs budget, forecast, and prior periods; provide insights and recommendations on the business trajectory
• Drive decision making using analytics (contribution margin, cash generation, benchmarking) to support Finance Operations and Operations teams
• Generate standard monthly operating/financial reports and participate in monthly reviews with VP Operations, Finance Lead, and Group President
• Assemble presentations for quarterly surgery center and joint venture board meetings
• Build financial models and projections for transactions with physician investors and potential mergers
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting with VP Operations and Director Financial Operations, and present to senior leadership
• Communicate with senior leadership and external stakeholders to drive efficient processes and outcomes
• Collaborate with leadership to implement key initiatives improving financial performance
