Job summary

County of Humboldt seeks an Administrative Analyst I/II to support Behavioral Health and related services. You will perform data analysis and reporting, assist with budget and program implementation, and collaborate with staff, providers and regional partners to improve access to services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or related field required for Analyst I; II requires two years of professional level experience.
• Proven ability to analyze data, prepare reports and support budget discussions.
• Experience with grants, contracts, audits, and regulatory reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts administrative studies related to department activities.
• Determines data collection methods and information gathering processes.
• Analyzes alternatives and makes budget, policy or procedure recommendations.
• Conducts special projects and studies related to department functions.
• Prepares management reports and presents study conclusions.
• Supports department goals and provides liaison with committees.
