The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.
Responsible for managing and reviewing of productivity & assisting with analysis of productivity data.Provides training of Directors on productivity reports, calculations, and variance explanations.Create and maintain staffing model for all cost centers. Assist with review and analysis of external benchmarking data.Assist with facility productivity reviews with local leaders and senior teams to summarize issues, provide solutions or research potential solution. Responsible for education on annual FTE budget completion with assistance as needed.Review and analysis of WHPUOS variances.
