Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Field Service Representative I to support Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. You will deliver, pick up, and maintain cutting-edge medical device equipment while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

The role requires a year of customer-facing experience, a current valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 20% domestically. Onsite work location in Sales Territory is specified for Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• One year of customer-facing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Ability to work a non-traditional work schedule, which may include extended hours, evenings, weekends, and participation in on-call duties.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required in the Job Safety Analysis (JSA).

Responsibilities

• Serving the needs of healthcare clients including delivery, pickup, and maintenance of medical device equipment.
• Interface with Solventum customers daily and build strong customer relationships.
• Maintain inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies.
• Loading and unloading medical equipment from company vehicles.
• Attend training and scheduled business functions, which may require commercial air travel.
