Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant field service or healthcare support experience.
• Ability to travel locally within the St. Louis area 3–4 days per week.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• CRM experience and strong inventory management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted onsite resource for customer stakeholders and support daily operational needs.
• Build strong customer relationships and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, organize products, and ensure availability.
• Assist with inventory reviews and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and product availability.
• Help resolve order discrepancies, backorders, damaged shipments, and other service-related concerns.
• Work closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure timely solutions.
• Assist with customer projects, product conversions, reporting, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate activities with McKesson team members, vendors, and customer contacts as needed.
