Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Field Service Representative to support customer locations around the St. Louis area. This field-based role involves inventory management, on-site customer service, and issue resolution, with travel to local customer sites required.

You will build relationships, manage inventory, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions and successful customer outcomes. The role offers a competitive base salary and incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in field service or similar.
• Ability to travel locally in the St. Louis area 3–4 days a week.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Customer relationship management experience.
• Inventory management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted onsite resource for customer stakeholders and daily operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, organize products, and ensure availability.
• Resolve order discrepancies, backorders, damaged shipments, and related issues.
• Assist with customer projects, conversions, reporting, and process improvements.
• Coordinate activities with McKesson teams, vendors, and customer contacts.
