Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, psychology, communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred, including field sales, account executive, or closing responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of consultative sales, customer service, and the products and services Myriad Systems provides.
• Ability to prospect independently, build relationships, conduct discovery, negotiate terms, and close agreements.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, CRM or sales systems, and telephone systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline through field prospecting, outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Own the sales process from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and signed agreement.
• Coordinate with Myriad Systems departments to present accurate solutions and support a clear client handoff.
• Serve as the primary sales contact through close and maintain professional client relationships.
• Maintain thorough understanding of products, services, features, and pricing; stay informed about industry trends.
