Qualifications

• Business-related BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of client services or customer service experience; laboratory or medical billing preferred.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a minimum of 25 in-person site visits per week to physician offices, clinics, and healthcare facilities to foster client relationships.
• Evaluate client needs and satisfaction levels using established service protocols to ensure high standards of care.
• Collaborate with Territory Account Executives to retain clients and identify upsell opportunities.
• Manage relationships by preparing utilization reports, conducting service reviews, and implementing improvement strategies.
• Address and resolve billing concerns related to laboratory testing while maintaining transparency and trust.
• Identify opportunities to expand test offerings and market share through site visits.
• Provide field support to the Sales Team by relaying client feedback to guide strategies.
• Document all client interactions in CRM or internal systems for continuity of care.
