Valley Health is seeking a Tradesman for Plant Maintenance who will support first-shift construction and renovation projects with strict infection-control practices to protect patients and staff. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, maintaining fire/smoke containment, and installing various finishes and fixtures across multiple site locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Tradesman responsibilities include infection control related to construction dust and debris; protect patients, staff, and visitors from infectious materials.
• Read and follow commercial blueprints.
• Maintain fire/smoke containment systems and related components.
• Construct and install casework, trim work, and building finishes.
• Install flooring, roofing, drywall, and wall coverings.
• Operate specialty equipment safely during projects.
