Responsibilities

• Establish standards and procedures for staff
• Plan work schedules, hours, areas of work, and job duties to ensure adequate staffing
• Interview, select, hire, evaluate, and terminate staff as appropriate
• Perform regular inspections and evaluations of the facility; suggest action items
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
• Schedule major project work with adequate staff and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned
