Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating vendors, handling work orders, and supporting budgeting and compliance, with regular property inspections and maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in building operations or related service field.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general building systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to travel between assigned properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of building systems and equipment.
• Complete tenant work orders and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, inspections, and maintenance activities to support building operations.
• Conduct routine property inspections and walkthroughs to identify maintenance and safety concerns.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs to ensure reliable building performance.
• Maintain building records, logs, and operational files.
• Support budgeting, planning, and inventory management.
• Build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, clients, and management teams.
