Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in building operations, maintenance, or related service industry.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of building systems and equipment.
• Complete tenant work orders and service requests promptly.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and operational concerns.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs for reliable building performance.
• Monitor building systems and property conditions for tenant comfort and efficiency.
• Maintain building records, logs, compliance documentation, and files.
• Support budgeting, planning, and supply inventory management.
• Build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, clients, and property teams while delivering excellent service.
