Job summary

CBRE Government & Defense seeks a Contract Maintenance Manager at Ft. Campbell, TN to oversee operational maintenance, coordinate 24/7 activities, and ensure adherence to objectives and safety standards.

The role requires supervising trades, reporting progress to the KO, and maintaining on-site operations during government hours. Preferred candidates have 5+ years in inpatient healthcare maintenance, TJC experience, CHFM certification, and knowledge of Life Safety Code, EPA, and OSHA codes;

Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years in inpatient healthcare maintenance and operations.
• CHFM certification is mandatory.
• Experience supervising a diversified workforce for 24/7/365 operations.
• Formal training related to Life Safety Code standards.
• Working knowledge of EPA and OSHA codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, direction and coordination for O&M activities at the jobsite.
• Supervise trades and coordinate support staff, contractors and crews.
• Schedule work and monitor budgets for assigned contracts.
• Submit monthly progress reports per contract and company requirements.
• Ensure safety of all personnel and compliance with environmental standards.
• Conduct staff training and safety briefings.
• Respond to emergencies and on-site during government hours.
• Address customer and employee complaints and conduct inspections.
