Job summary

KING AND GEORGE LLC seeks a Contract Maintenance Manager to serve as the on-site senior representative at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO. You will direct daily operations and maintenance activities, oversee staffing, scheduling and budgets, and coordinate with hospital leadership to maintain 24/7/365 support, safety, and regulatory compliance.

This role requires ASHE CHFM or equivalent certification, 5+ years in healthcare facility maintenance management, and readiness to respond

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in healthcare facility maintenance management in bedded inpatient facilities.
• Experience supervising 24/7 operations and maintenance teams.
• Working knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, EPA, and Joint Commission requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• On-site availability and willingness to respond within one hour.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations and maintenance activities.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure emergency response capability within one hour.
• Review performance metrics and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate outages and high-risk work with hospital staff.
• Ensure Joint Commission readiness.
• Oversee Quality Control and Safety Programs.
• Approve corrective actions and process improvements.
• Lead meetings with Government stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all contract requirements.
