Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, and critical equipment.
• Address and resolve work orders, including minor repairs to fixtures and furniture.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor building systems and assist in emergency response scenarios.
• Ensure health, safety, and fire code regulations are followed.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and inspections.
• Assist residents and staff with maintenance requests and room setups.
