Job summary

Three Rivers Midlands is a behavioral health facility serving children and adolescents. The maintenance technician supports the Director of Plant Operations in keeping the facility compliant with regulatory standards and handling routine maintenance tasks.

The role involves performing walk-throughs, addressing issues, and completing work orders with flexibility in scheduling. A high school diploma or GED and basic tool knowledge are required, with a valid South Carolina driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school or GED preferred.
• Minimum One Year Experience In Maintenance Or Construction.
• Valid SC driver's license.
• Knowledge of and ability to use tools and cleaning equipment.

• Work assigned shift, with flexibility regarding hours scheduled.
• Performs maintenance walk through of all areas to find and correct problems.
• Completes work orders as assigned. Forwards any work orders that cannot be completed to supervisor to determine appropriate course of action.

We treat males and females ages 6-21 for a wide spectrum of psychiatric issues, addictive behaviors, and chemical dependency related illnesses.
