Columbus Alzheimers Care Center in Columbus, OH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the maintenance department within a healthcare setting. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, assign tasks and manage schedules.
Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical system maintenance.
Develop preventive maintenance programs and ensure safety compliance.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for large projects.
Respond to resident and staff maintenance requests promptly.
