You will handle general janitorial tasks, facility cleaning, minor repairs, inventory management, and coordinate with vendors. Requirements include a high school diploma and 2 years of housekeeping experience, plus vaccination and background checks as mandated by the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 2 years of housekeeping/janitorial cleaning experience.
• Working knowledge of cleaning best practices and floor care.
• Mandatory vaccination policy and proper documentation prior to start date.
• Virginia fingerprint clearance and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine housekeeping and maintenance tasks to keep the facility pristine.
• Troubleshoot cleaning equipment issues and resolve root causes.
• Coordinate with vendors for outsourced repairs and follow up on issues.
• Oversee inventory and distribution of housekeeping supplies.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, including restrooms and floors, and support safety.
