Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of behavioral health experience.
• Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques.
• Company requires vaccination or approved exemption before start date.
• Must pass Virginia DBHDS & DSS background checks and fingerprint clearance.

Aufgaben

• Greet and screen visitors at the front entrance, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Provide safety and security for patients, families, staff, and visitors.
• Assist with daily living activities and vital signs documentation.
• Maintain unit safety and document interactions in the EHR every 15 minutes or as needed.
• Respond to escalated situations using de‑escalation techniques and safe interventions.
