OPCO Skilled Management is seeking an experienced Administrator in Grants, NM to oversee daily facility operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and align clinical services with business plans to meet clinical, performance and financial goals.

The role requires strong leadership, stellar communication, and a commitment to long-term improvement, while recruitment and retention of qualified staff and representing the center in the community are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in long term care or similar.
• Excellent communication with a hunger to create, improve, and sustain positive relationships with all healthcare workers or visitors.

Responsibilities

• Serves as liaison between governing body and Center personnel.
• Ensures Center compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
• Ensures that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner.
• Ensures that all Standard of Care and service provided is of the highest quality.
• Ensures recruitment and retention of quality, professional, service-oriented personnel.
• Represents the Center’s place in the community at large.
• Participates in the development and implementation of the long-term goals and directions of the company.
