The Meadows Psychiatric Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician for full-time daytime hours, with on-call responsibilities. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety inspections across facility systems to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

You will work under the Director of Plant Operations, handling routine tasks, troubleshooting, and responding to work orders while maintaining detailed records of activities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical repairs, carpentry, woodwork, drywall, painting, and related facility operation responsibilities.
• Minimum 1–3 years maintenance experience in healthcare or similar setting.
• Must have a driving record that meets hospital requirements (3 years with zero at-fault accidents or violations).

• Perform repairs, inspections, and maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Respond to work orders and record maintenance activities.
