Qualifications

• Licensure/certification not required at entry level.
• At least 1 year of related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains equipment, facilities and systems to ensure a safe care environment; records and reports work performed.
• Accesses roof areas, basements, equipment rooms, tunnels and crawl spaces; responds to facility emergencies to minimize disruption to patient care.
• Perform general industrial maintenance including installation, service and repair of plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, motors, pumps and electrical systems.
• Obtain and deliver supplies; perform custodial services; snow removal; assist with moving equipment.
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
