Job summary

The Meadows Psychiatric Center, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical repairs, carpentry, woodwork, drywall, painting is required.
• Minimum of 1–3 years maintenance experience in healthcare or similar setting.
• Must have driving record that meets hospital requirements with at least 3 years of driving and zero at-fault violations.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance technician performs repairs, inspections, and maintenance of equipment and systems around the facility.
• Responds to work orders and keeps records of maintenance activities.
• Performs preventive maintenance and basic repairs on equipment and building systems.
• Maintains a safe and functional environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
