Job summary

Creekside Care Center seeks a reliable Maintenance Technician to support our facility team in delivering a safe, comfortable long-term care environment. You will perform hands-on repairs, preventive maintenance, and assist the Lead Building Engineer while maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

You should have 2-4 years of maintenance experience in healthcare or regulated settings, read technical manuals, and communicate clearly with residents, staff, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade certification preferred.
• 2–4 years hands-on facility maintenance experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Assist Lead Building Engineer with work orders and scheduling.
• Log all activities in TELS and document compliance.
• Conduct rounds to identify issues and coordinate with vendors.
