The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in building trades, 3–5 years of hospital maintenance experience, and strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. CPR and safety certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in building trades with emphasis on Life Safety and Environment of Care.
• Three to five years of hospital, nursing, or home health maintenance experience.
• Effective verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Transportation departments.
• Ensure Environment of Care and Life Safety compliance hospital-wide.
• Manage campus maintenance and environmental services to support patient safety and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Safety/Environment of Care committees and related subcommittees.
