Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year general maintenance experience in hospital or business setting.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, groundskeeping, and general facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility, including structural repairs to windows, doors, and walls.
• Repair plumbing fixtures to prevent damage and restore full use.
• Address electrical wiring issues such as shortages or severed wires.
• Maintain HVAC systems to ensure proper climate control within the facility.
• Paint interior or exterior areas where paint is faded or chipped.
• Provide groundskeeping maintenance for lawns and outdoor areas.
• Interact pleasantly with staff and residents and maintain safety standards.
