Job summary

Adventist HealthCare seeks an experienced Facilities Operations Supervisor to lead the facilities maintenance team at Shady Grove Medical Center. You will supervise staff, coordinate with leadership, and help manage budgets and projects for on-site and select non-acute locations.

The role requires 5–7 years in healthcare and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with a focus on regulatory compliance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5–7 years healthcare experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facilities maintenance team and manage performance toward goals.
• Coordinate with Facilities Operations Manager and Facilities Project Manager.
• Support budgeting and cost control for the department.
• Review and assign work orders including preventive maintenance.
• Document work and manage completion and metrics.
• Support Security, Safety, Infection Prevention and Construction teams as needed.
