Job summary

Adventist Health Hanford is seeking a facilities maintenance supervisor to lead teams responsible for predictive and preventive maintenance of hospital facilities, systems and equipment. You will assess operations, prioritize work, and ensure compliance with codes and regulations while optimizing utility consumption to support reliable patient care.

You will coordinate work orders, manage CMMS, oversee purchases of parts and supplies, train staff, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Five years' technical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the plant maintenance programs and staff.
• Coordinates work orders and preventive maintenance according to customer requests.
• Manages CMMS for tracking work orders, parts, and maintenance history.
• Drives continuous improvement and ensures compliance with regulations.
