Job summary

Nebraska Medicine in Bellevue, NE is seeking a Manager of Facilities to lead day-to-day operations of the Facilities department and align objectives with the hospital's mission. You will plan and monitor budgets, supervise maintenance technicians across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and locksmith services, and work with interdisciplinary teams to drive reliability and safety.

This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

Minimum five years of experience in building maintenance or related formal training.
Minimum three years leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree in business management, interior design/interior architecture, architecture, construction management, engineering or related field OR progressive related experience.
Excellent written, verbal communication and public speaking skills.
Ability to lead several projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Facilities department.
Plan, monitor, and manage department budgets and objectives.
Lead general maintenance technicians and multi-skilled trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Locksmiths) and collaborate with hospital teams.
