Job summary

The Hospital Authority of Miller County is seeking an Assistant Director of Facilities Management to lead the maintenance, grounds, utilities, and systems across HAMC entities, ensuring safe, compliant operations and effective use of personnel and materials.

Responsibilities include coordinating with departments, ensuring regulatory readiness, leading small projects, and developing training programs while managing the facilities budget and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication across internal and external customers.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience leading small projects or work groups and improving workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and oversight of operations for maintenance, grounds, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and survey readiness.
• Develop training programs and oversee staff performance and development.
• Coordinate facility management activities with departments, agencies, and contractors.
• Oversee budgeting for facilities operations and preventive maintenance.
