Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and building upkeep as needed; conducts emergency and preventive maintenance.
• Completes maintenance and repair records as required; closes work orders promptly.
• Uses Microsoft Office and work-order system for communication and documentation.
• Reads blueprints and adheres to life-safety requirements; supports on-call duties.
