Healthcare Realty Trust seeks an experienced on-site Maintenance Engineer to support medical office buildings in the Sarasota and Venice area. The role requires hands-on upkeep, BAS/HVAC expertise, and readiness for on-call duties.

Licensure or trade certification is a plus, with benefits including health, dental, and 401(k). Ideal candidates have 5+ years in facilities maintenance, ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Minimum 5 years in facilities maintenance.
• Thorough understanding of Building Automation Systems, electrical, HVAC, condensing boilers, life safety systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and use MS Office.

Mansioni

• Maintain and repair medical office building systems and equipment.
• Operate and monitor Building Automation and HVAC systems.
• Complete work orders and maintain maintenance records.
• On-call for assigned properties and ensure safety and reliability.
