Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees housekeeping, maintenance, and environmental departments.
• Develops and monitors quality assurance and preventative maintenance programs.
• Manages projects within budget and coordinates with internal/external vendors.
• Ensures facilities meet State, Joint Commission, and Discovery Behavioral Health standards.
• Supports site-wide infrastructure and facility improvement initiatives.
• Plans staffing, scheduling, and performance management for the departments.
• Participates in facility surveys/inspections and action planning for deficiencies.
• Performs administrative duties and serves on facility committees.
