Job summary

Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program in Irving, TX is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to keep our facility clean, sanitary, and well maintained for clients and staff. Responsibilities include cleaning living areas, laundry, ironing, and general upkeep of home, office, and group spaces; must attend staff meetings.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work Saturday to Wednesday, on-site location, and adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Facility maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Keep all living areas/furniture dust-free and floors mopped and vacuumed
• Keep bathrooms clean and sanitary
• Laundry of linens and towels daily, including ironing
• Make beds daily and change linens when needed
• Turn down service of beds
• Weekly clean-out of refrigerator and cupboards and thorough cleaning of oven
• Check lighting and replace bulbs as needed
