Job summary

Saint Luke's South Hospital in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise plant operators, maintenance technicians, and lead facilities staff. You will manage Electrical Systems for the main campus and satellite clinics, and coordinate Nurse Call, Fire Alarm, and Pneumatic Tube Systems to ensure timely repairs and reliable service.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive experience in facilities management, engineering, or plant operations.
• At least 2 years in healthcare facilities; acute care strongly preferred.
• CHFM certification or willingness to obtain within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations; supervise staff and contractors.
• Manage Electrical Systems for main campus and satellite clinics; coordinate Nurse Call, Fire Alarm and Pneumatic Tube Systems.
• Coordinate material deliveries, contractor functions and repairs to ensure timely completion of projects.
