Job summary

Meadow Falls of Richmond is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our facilities team. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, assist with repairs, conduct inspections, and help keep patient areas clean, safe, and well‑maintained in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation and maintain a positive working environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and supplies.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
