Qualifications

• Basic carpentry, mechanical, and air filtration knowledge, Upon Hire
• Computer literate, Upon Hire
• Must have ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), Upon Hire
• Physical abilities (Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.), Upon Hire
• Ability to demonstrate correct use of chemicals, supplies and tools assigned, Upon Hire

Responsibilities

• As our Maintenance Technician, you'll perform routine maintenance duties including maintaining all filters, maintenance on air conditioning, mechanical kitchen, elevators, etc.
• All work repairs are performed under supervision by qualified personnel.
• Displays professional, safe conduct in all interactions and maintains positive working relationships.
