Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently as well as with others.
• State of Ohio Driver's License required.
• Experience in general building maintenance, preferably in a Health Care setting.
• Physically able to lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Reading and following instructions equivalent to a 10th grade education.
• Reliable and able to report to work as scheduled.
• Overtime may be required.
