• Install, service, calibrate, evaluate, document, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Maintain CMMS documentation and coordinate parts or external service as needed.
