Responsibilities

• Clean, lubricate, repair machinery, equipment, and tools.
• Prepare work sites to eliminate hazards.
• Repair/install plumbing fixtures: faucets, drains, water closets, valves.
• Repair/install lighting: bulbs, fixtures, LED drivers.
• Read work orders and input data into CMMS.
• Repair/assemble office and room furniture.
• Understand/monitor mechanical systems (gauges, thermometers, HVAC).
• Repair electrical equipment: outlets, switches, breakers, motors.
• Assemble equipment and EVS gear.
• Install/layout suspended ceilings and flooring.
• Carpentry: frame walls, hang/finish drywall, paint, cabinets.
