Job summary

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and maintenance tasks.

Manage and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve equipment malfunctions and ensure minimal disruption to resident care.
Train and mentor maintenance team members to ensure effective knowledge sharing and skill development.
Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and planning strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Monitor and control budgeted maintenance costs, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiencies.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer-focused service within the maintenance team.
