Crow's Nest Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to oversee maintenance projects across healthcare facilities in Southern Maine. The role includes coordinating staff and contractors, reviewing plans, and providing on-site leadership to ensure safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has commercial construction experience, knowledge of plumbing/electrical/HVAC, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC preferred.
• Ability to lead/manage a team/project.
