Adventist Rehabilitation - Rockville, part of Adventist HealthCare, seeks an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facilities team, ensure regulatory compliance, and support budgeting and day‑to‑day operations on campus and select sites. The role emphasizes supervising staff, coordinating with the Director of Facilities, and delivering high‑quality service to patients and staff.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 5–7 years of facilities maintenance

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervision experience preferred.
• Physical demands: Standing, walking, climbing, stooping, bending and lifting up to 30 pounds unassisted.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regulatory compliance and maintenance strategies while delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise and coach staff; manage performance to meet department and company goals.
• Coordinate with Director of Facilities and the broader Facilities team to support campus and non-acute locations.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for the department; review and assign work orders and PM tasks.
• Document all work and monitor completion and success metrics; support security, safety, infection prevention, and construction teams as needed.
