Job summary

Aramark Healthcare+ seeks a Maintenance Manager at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. You will supervise maintenance/engineering services, oversee HVAC, boiler operations, and trades, and drive safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction while aligning with Aramark standards.

You will manage a union workforce, coordinate with various departments, and lead a team focused on reliable plant operations and compliant, high‑quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience supervising or managing MEP and HVAC trades.
• Healthcare/hospital environment experience required.
• Preventive/preventative maintenance knowledge of building systems (boilers, chillers, HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• Experience managing a union workforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize maintenance work orders for MEP, HVAC, boilers and chillers.
• Ensure execution of department strategies to meet client needs with high standards and urgency.
• Foster a Safety-FIRST culture and empower the team to work without incidents.
• Create a positive employee work environment and promote teamwork.
• Lead from a servant-leader perspective aligned with Aramark Mission.
• Control labor costs, supply costs and inventories.
• Ensure capital equipment is maintained and compliant.
• Support safety plan implementation and regulatory compliance.
